Retainers for Life partnered with Cinetailor to help redesign the post-purchase onboarding experience for orthodontic patients receiving retainers through the company’s subscription model. The goal was to improve customer clarity, reduce support friction, and create a more consistent educational experience across both patients and partner orthodontic practices.
I led the creative strategy, scripting, production, and rollout of a customer education video system centered around onboarding, product education, FAQ communication, and long-term patient support. The content ecosystem included a flagship “What to Expect” onboarding video alongside additional care and support content accessed directly through QR codes integrated into product packaging.
The initiative focused on translating operational support challenges and customer confusion points into clear, audience-friendly educational media designed to improve trust, usability, and long-term customer experience.
Beyond the initial campaign, we also helped establish a scalable content framework that allowed Retainers for Life to adapt and expand future onboarding and educational media across clinics, partner practices, and evolving customer communication needs.
Impact:
Helped reduce customer support call volume across hundreds of orthodontic partner practices.
Improved onboarding clarity and customer trust through integrated educational media and packaging experiences.
Developed a scalable customer education system supporting long-term communication consistency across partner networks.
Strengthened Retainers for Life’s positioning as a patient-focused and operationally thoughtful healthcare brand.

MAGOS Chips | Cinetailor

MAGOS partnered with Cinetailor to develop a launch campaign introducing the brand to new audiences across Amazon, its website, and social media. As an emerging startup in the better-for-you snack category, the company needed something beyond a product video. It needed a compelling founder story capable of communicating the brand's purpose, personality, and point of differentiation.
Working directly with the founding team, I helped shape the creative strategy, messaging, and production approach around a narrative that prioritized authenticity over traditional advertising. We focused on the founders' personal journey, the inspiration behind the brand, and MAGOS' commitment to creating clean, protein-forward snacks without compromising on flavor or joy.
To support an aggressive launch timeline and limited production resources, I developed a lean production model centered around a single-day documentary-style shoot combining founder interviews, lifestyle imagery, and natural b-roll across orchard and kitchen locations. This approach produced a versatile library of assets that could be adapted across multiple platforms while maintaining a cohesive visual identity.
The final campaign included a flagship brand film for Amazon and the company's website, along with dedicated social media edits, multiple campaign cutdowns, website hero videos, and supporting promotional assets. Throughout the engagement, I led creative strategy, interview development, production planning, directing, editing, and client communication, helping guide the project from initial discovery through final delivery.
Impact:
Developed a founder-led brand story that established MAGOS' positioning across Amazon, web, and social platforms.
Created a scalable library of multi-platform assets, including a flagship brand film, social cutdowns, and website hero content.
Led creative strategy, production, and post-production through a lean, startup-friendly workflow designed for speed and flexibility.
Demonstrated the ability to combine brand strategy, documentary storytelling, and operational leadership under compressed timelines.

Colibri Careers
Date

Colibri Careers approached in the early stages of launching their nearshore staffing company with little more than a name and two initial logo concepts. The opportunity extended far beyond visual design. It became about defining how the company would present itself, communicate its values, and establish credibility as it entered the market.
Working closely with the founders, I led the creative strategy and brand development process, transforming the initial concepts into a complete visual identity system. We expanded the logo suite to support a variety of digital and print applications, developed the color palette and typography system, established a distinctive visual language, and created supporting brand graphics designed to scale as the company grew.
Beyond the visual identity, I collaborated with the broader team on the company's website, helping shape the overall user experience and brand presentation while working alongside development to ensure the final product reflected the strategic direction established during the branding process.
The engagement culminated in a comprehensive brand guidelines document outlining the company's visual identity, brand voice, messaging principles, and implementation standards, providing Colibri with a consistent foundation for future marketing, communications, and growth.
